44tk Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

44tk (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "44tk") is an online casino and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user ("Member", "you") and 44tk.

The platform operates for entertainment purposes only. Members are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to online gaming and betting. 44tk services operate around the clock in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

These terms are written in English and apply to the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English version shall be considered final.

1.1 Definitions

• "Member" or "User" — A person who is registered on the platform and using its services.
• "Account" — The member's personal profile and balance.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional benefit or credit granted by 44tk.

2. Account Registration and Management

To create an account on 44tk, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will be closed immediately and all balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Providing a correct name, date of birth, email address, and contact information is mandatory.
• The password must be at least 8 characters long and consist of a combination of numbers and letters.
• The member is fully responsible for ensuring the security of their account.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to 44tk immediately.

2.2 Verification Process

44tk reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for verification. Deposits or withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 44tk may request documents to verify age at any time. Providing false age information is a serious violation and may result in account closure.

Residents of any region designated by 44tk may be prohibited from using the platform. Regular updates on this matter will be communicated through 44tk notifications.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh are used for deposits and withdrawals on 44tk. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other methods are currently accepted.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (applicable for all methods).

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard processing time: within 1 hour.

4.4 Accuracy of Financial Information

Providing incorrect or false payment information may result in the transaction being cancelled. Members must always use a payment account registered in their own name. Using a third party's payment account is not permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

44tk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus requires 10x wagering. This means withdrawals from the bonus are not possible until betting equal to 10 times the bonus amount has been completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus applies per person, household, or device.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements associated with any bonus must be met within a specified time limit.
• Some bonuses apply only to specific games or betting categories.
• 44tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

Active members may be enrolled in the VIP program. VIP tiers: Bronze — maximum weekly cashback 0.2%; Silver — maximum 0.5%; Gold — maximum 0.7%; Platinum — maximum 1.0%; Diamond — maximum 1.2%. Advancement to higher tiers depends on the member's overall gaming activity and loyalty.

6. Betting Rules

Both casino games and sports betting are available on the 44tk platform. Each game or betting category has its own rules.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a betting session is affected by a technical error, 44tk will investigate and take the appropriate decision.
• If suspicious betting patterns are found, 44tk reserves the right to withhold payment until the investigation is complete.
• All game outcomes are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football (FIFA World Cup, club matches), and other sports. Betting odds are subject to change based on market conditions. Additional rules may apply to live betting.

6.3 Game Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding a game or betting result, the support team must be notified within 72 hours of the result being published. Complaints received after the specified time cannot be considered.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44tk platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Betting or playing games on behalf of minors.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting loopholes in bonus terms.
• Applying arbitrage betting or guaranteed betting strategies.
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorized changes to the platform's software.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Sharing account information with other members.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using a fraudulent identity or false information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Harassing platform staff or other members.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

44tk gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. All data collection, storage, and use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Your information will not be sold to third parties.
• Data will only be used to provide the necessary services.
• Information may be shared with the relevant authorities where required by law.
• You may request to view, correct, or delete your information.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

44tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is violated.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If a false identity or information has been provided.
• If bonus abuse is proven.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (in accordance with the account inactivity policy).

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time through our support team. It is important to fulfill all pending bonus conditions before closing the account, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled. Please withdraw your available balance before submitting a closure request.

10. Responsible Gaming

44tk believes that gaming should be entertaining, not harmful. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
